Interdisciplinary Industrial and Graphic Designer applying critical thinking to educational innovation and play-based, human-centered design. With over four years of experience leading cross-functional teams and tackling systemic educational challenges through community-driven physical and digital interventions, I am expanding my practice into tactical urbanism to address the socio-spatial consequences of digital confinement on childhood development. My objective is to bridge rigorous urban research with tangible project materialization through reflective practice, directing theoretical concepts into actionable spatial interventions that revitalize public realms and foster more active and healthier childhoods

The Sajú Experience combines digital and physical interfaces to let customers recycle plastic and manufacture their own glasses. With over +1,000 successful hands-on making experiences, we decided to take the project further by turning it into a traveling experience that reached more than 20 cities across two countries.(My role in this project involved shaping the concept of a journey across Colombia as a way to interact with people and connect with different regions of the country. I also designed the website for scheduling the Sajú Experience and created the graphic pieces that supported and enhanced the experience).

Together with McDonald’s, the Ronald McDonald House Foundation, and SOS Children’s Villages, we created a limited-edition eyewear collection inspired by McDonald’s. The glasses were sold in McDonald’s stores across Bogotá, Colombia, and 40% of the sales were donated to support children and families facing long-term illnesses.(My role focused on developing an advertising campaign that connected emotionally with audiences, resulting in high engagement and increased product sales).

GRAPHIC DESIGNER FOR SAJU

Develop creative processes for different communication channels such as: social networks, email, website, with creative, funny and comical quality. Generate impact, high interaction and sense of community with users. This brand has a lot of creative flexibility for the idea of new ways of communicating, an example of this was the idea of the campaign "the monkey's road trip".

I became a more creative and efficient designer as I was given a high impact responsibility with limited time resources.
