TYPE OF PROJECT: Personal project

Urban Designer - Space designer

CONTEXT : Conseptual

Reading as a child is a moment for imagination. It is a shared moment with our families, full of creativity and happiness, a love from the person who reads to the child. So I wanted to create a space that fits well with this approach, a place that gives families the book but also the space to share these experiences, close to nature, in a peaceful environment, under the sun.

The project wanted to create a small environment in the city where children are taken into account, where they belong and have voices, where fantasy and imagination are possible, where they deserve to learn and read.

TOOLS: Rhino, Autocad, Keyshot, Nano banana.

Public space is the most powerful investment a government can make. It truly welcomes everyone, providing social wellness completely free from privatization. That uncompromised inclusivity is why I love designing for the public.

The decision to free up the surface level and place the library underground stems from the desire to consolidate a family oriented agora, dedicated to the peaceful and joyful act of reading. Rather than privatizing the ground plane, the intervention blurs the public-private dichotomy, openly inviting everyone to participate. This design strategy delivers an open access library to the community an intergenerational gathering space conceived for civic appropriation and collective enjoyment

This project is just proof of the love that I have for books, especially children’s books. They are full of details and meaning, and I still learn a lot from what really matters in them. Here my favorites:

Innocent but

Meaningful
