Although neuroplasticity allows learning at any age, due to lack of self-confidence, older adults in the literacy program ask their children and/or grandchildren to do their homework for them, which disrupts their learning cycle and prevents them from advancing.

In 2016 I decided to fulfill a dream and become a volunteer teacher and the magic of life put me in the area of senior literacy. This was the first time I fell in love with education and became interested in topics such as neuroplasticity and playfulness and learning.

Thanks to this wonderful experience this project had a broad basis in field research and user characterization, sharing with them in a close way allowed us to develop a relevant and empathetic process.
